[conspire] Dapper and Debian-multimedia Etch

I see that Debian-multimedia/Etch is a legit repo for Ubuntu Dapper. It
is listed in the Software preferences thing for Synaptic.However there
is no key for it on mt computer and I tried to get one using wget deb
http://www.debian-multimedia.org/ etch main-key.gpg

Why am I getting the error Invalid host name.I was careful to copy it
exactly like it was written down.
