[conspire] FTP "drop box"

I'm helping with the online presence for a conference,
and need to set up an anonymous FTP area where users
can upload but nothing else.

I don't need or want to offer FTP downloads or
authenticated access, just a simple drop box for
"upload your tutorial notes/presentation/whatever
here."

Which FTP daemon is good for this?  The box I want
to put it on is running Debian testing, so I'd like
it to be something that I can apt-get if possible.
