svlug-announce] SVLUG July 5th Meeting: Thyahoo didn't give me this until the 6th and past noon too, this does matter because, I'm probably not the only one who regularly  suffers 22hr latency in email.

had bad fireworks on July 4. swapped boxes  and the rebuild winner WAS MEPIS 6.0rc2 but it blew up on trying to open a bad jpeg under firefox, so default is 343 for my users. Am writing from Vector SOHO but its murder fixing the fstab issues when other distro including Vector Live get it right. Disappointing lack of vmware vs 6.0. My ultimate distro includes a good vm to handle mucho legacy software. Vector remains the wave of the future like socialism, still the wave of the future after .gt. 50 years.
