[conspire] RIAA sued for fraud and racketeering, reference to SCO.

This is too good. A woman in Oregon is counter-suing
RIAA for, among other things, fraud and racketeering.
Someone at Ars Technica made a great comment about the
case:

"...If the RIAA is found guilty of fraud and
extortion, I bet that SCO will sue them for
infringement of a business methods patent."
