The organiser (and apartment household head) is Tony Godshall <togo at of.net>.
He says 10 AM, Saturday, and he's 
"near Webster St in [west] Alameda".  He says "I have limited room, so
you'll need to RSVP me if you plan to come."

I think it's a reasonable bet that he wants people who contemplate
joining in to e-mail him for the exact address, so he'll have some
control over numbers and logistics.
