Question for the masses: If Darlene were working for a deep black
government agency and she were handed such a disc, in the jungles of
CENSORED, that had been burned in the manner shown above, could she not
read the data with dd(1)? (Not that such would be a "user-friendly"
utilization of the disc; mine is strictly an academic question.)

Which is to say, what exactly is a track?
