If you buy something, buy from one of your brothers and sisters in Linux. The Linux community is a niche economy like the Amish, except that our religion requires us to use higher technology than everyone else.
Some of these companies use both Linux and other operating systems, so be sure to mention that you are buying from the company because they use and support Linux.
