I've changed a few minor things, and got it to compile. Seems to run OK, but
have not had the means to test it on a windows machine, but being Java, it
should be portable to run it anway.

The jar file you see is it. All you do, is copy the .jar file to a
folder somewhere, open a console, and:

cd c:\some_directory
java -jar the_file.jar
java PdfReader
