        SKEPTIC hath risen from the dead.  Our new listserver address
is "listserv@jhuvm.hcf.jhu.edu" or "listserv@jhuvm.bitnet", and the
name of the list remains the same.  In other words, to post, send your
mail to "skeptic@jhuvm.....".

        The are practically no differences in the way the list is set
up, and if there are any quirks (shouldn't be), I'll have to learn
along with you.  One problem is that the old archives seem to be lost,
but new messages will be archived as usual.

        Though it's improbable, it is possible that some of you may
have problems in reaching the list, if you have a particularly weird
kind of mailer.  This too should be cleared tomorrow.

        Thanks to all those who sent me lists of previous subscribers.
I will mail those who had signed off at the time at list death
separately, to see if they want back on.
