PalGar was developed by Paul Nash and used to be available as Gypsy.
He's given up on it because of limited time and legal issues with the
name "Gypsy". I didn't want to let it die.
I downloaded his sources and already made it compile with the Palm
OS3.5 SDK.
It works fine with my Garmin GPS 12XL.
