You can show up at the monthly installfests indicated on the web page and we'll do our best
to help you. What you are asking is reasonable, normal, and done regularly at our
Installfests. I can't say I've used SBC DSL with their pppoe on linux, but I've heard
from reliable sources that it does work.
If you need phone support for SUSE, you might try looking through their website for
a support contact number. I'm not certain how much they charge for this kind of
service, assuming they do provide it.
