Ideally, a short ASCII version with the link to your HTML page somewhere on
your site would be ideal. We don't send attachments to the list.

2) sending your messages to officers@svlug.org for review and forward is the
   best

Note however that we'd rather not send 2 or 3 reminders about the
conference. One post is usally enough :-)
