  Anybody more familiar than me about dealing with RCS when the file
  has been replaced with a symlink?

	( <webroot>/wrkshop.shtml -> installfest/index.shtml )

  I went and tweaked it so it should count as checked in, but I'm suspecting
  I'll need to replace with an auto-redirect page instead, or it will continue
  to be bitchy anytime we improve the real installfest page.
