Yeah, I know, you're all thinking "about bloody time" :D

Anyways I've linked it from the front page, hardwired into the "News"
section for the moment.  When I have a free moment* to create a new button,
it probably won't be news anymore, so that's all right.

* defined as about a half hour, but no tasks in X needing my attention.
