If you read Alan Lord's blog, and follow all of the steps, you should be able to make it work.<br><br>On the other hand, there are lots of places that you can get netbooks with Linux pre-installed.  Just let this list know if you need help finding those places.  One of those places is a store right here in the San Francisco Bay Area (Berkeley) called Zareason.com .  I have purchased several machines from ZaReason.  They provide good service and they are honest and reliable.<br>
