Off Topic [OT] (at least mostly so)

Now of a San Francisco rental?  I have a friend that's seeking such, possibly
even just a room.
They do have one highly innocuous well behaved cat, and a highly well
trained dog.  The dog may let out the occasional solitary alert bark, but
none of the repeated barking, no howling, or anything like that.  And yes,
highly well trained, so of course not at all destructive, and really quite quiet
except for the occasional solitary alert bark.
