[sf-lug] Chromebooks and Linux

I’m trying to load lubuntu on an Asus Chromebook CB3-532-C47C with 2 gb of ram and a 16gb SSD.  I’ve searched quite a bit on google and can get into developer mode but am unable to install Lubuntu from  my USB drive.  It says that I need to enable it i. the settings but am not sure how to do this.  Google has a lot of info but many of their suggestions don’t seem to work.  Any suggestions?
