Own mini-project is to test out the recent releases or candidates thereof
of Tiny Core Linux (TCL) [2] and Damn Small Linux 2024 (DSL 2024) [3].
IIRC, recent past versions of TCL were unable to bring up an X/GUI on the
various laptops tested, despite using a wide variety of bootup cheatcodes
:-\
Perhaps the recent 02-Apr release of TCL's CorePlus-15.0 [4] will enable
an X/GUI just as the 10-Mar release of DSL 2024's dsl-2024.rc2.iso [5] ?
The runit-init version of antiX's[6] antiX-23.1-Full still brings up an
X/GUI perfectly fine on all the laptops tested!
