	Well the meeting is still weeks away.
But I think the information about the recent Manjaro release
is something that should be shared.

programming. This month we tell you about some FOSS initiatives 
dedicated to energy efficiency, and we take a close look at some green 
coding techniques in Go.

	On this month DVD we have Fedora 37 and  Tuxedo PS 2
TUXEDO OS is primarily (though not exclusively) designed for owners of 
TUXEDO Computers laptops and PCs. The latest release, TUXEDO OS 2, is 
(surprise) the second major update to the Kubuntu-based distro, 
following last year’s debut release.

	Fedora introduced more services handy for the people who
work for enterprises perhaps.

Features reviews of Manjaro 22.0 - very disappointing.
  Jesse Smith tried 5 different versions of Manjaro.
It could barely run on his machine.

Trisquel GNU/Linux 11.0 which is Ubuntu based using
systemd and all Free Software but which performed very
well.  It uses Mate.  He used Trisquel's main edition
which is 2.9 GB but there are other versions, one using
KDE Plasma 5.

  	EuroLinux is an enterprise-class Linux distribution made and 
supported by the EuroLinux company, built mostly from code of Red Hat 
Enterprise Linux. The project has published a new development snapshot, 
EuroLinux 8.8 Beta. Two versions one small and one immense.

2023-04-12 	NEW • Distribution Release: Tiny Core Linux 14.0
  	Tiny Core Linux is a minimal Linux distribution which runs from 
memory. The Tiny Core Linux project has released a new version, 14.0, 
which is available in three editions: Core (for a command line only 
experience), TinyCore (which provides a minimal graphical environment), 
and CorePlus (which provides a wider range of desktop software)
Core-current.iso (17MB, MD5), TinyCore-current.iso (23MB, MD5), 
CorePlus-current.iso (248MB, MD5).

        2023-04-11 	NEW • BSD Release: FreeBSD 13.2

	Colin Percival has announced the release of FreeBSD 13.2,
the latest stable version of the popular BSD-derived operating system 
that focuses on features, speed and stability. Release announcement at

     2023-04-10 	NEW • Distribution Release: 4MLinux 42.0
  	4MLinux is a miniature Linux distribution focusing on four 
capabilities: maintenance, games, multimedia, and servers. The
independent project's latest release isversion 42.0
which introduces a few new applications and a series of updates

   While it is still smaller than many full releases it is hardly
a miniature distribution at over a GB in the .iso files.
Does not use systemd.  If you really want a minature distribution
look at Tiny Core.

  	Theo de Raadt has announced the release of OpenBSD 7.3,
the 54th release of the security-oriented operating system.
Some of the key features include providing ksh acccess from
the system installer, the use of LibreSSL 3.7.2, and OpenSSH 9.3.
