Got explanation off-list a bit over a month ago - I believe those that
were using the SVLUG host for secondary/slave DNS were notified.

Not sure if there's been something put out there publicly, e.g.
on-list(s).  At least searching 'da Interwebs, I'm not readily
spotting anything on that.
