[sf-lug] Ubuntu 21.10 released - Devuan 4.0

Hi LUGers,

     Ubuntu 21.10 and a number of the other flavors of 'buntu
are out at Distrowatch.com.  Ubuntu itself is available in desktop
and in server versions.

     So is Devuan 4.0 which is essentially Debian without systemd.
Again in desktop with a colorful name and server editions.

     Some users will like that, I believe.
