[sf-lug] Release of antiX-19.4, BALUG Wiki HW additions

Since Bobbie S has often posted here on [new|existing] Linux distro 
releases, some people might want to know that the new 19.4 release of the 
lightweight antiX distro, "Grup Yorum", just came out on Friday [1].
Many of the antiX ISO download mirrors at [2] currently don't yet list the 
most recent v19.4, but at least the mirrors at Georgia Tech [3], LA Mirror 
l3.mxrepo.com [4], and the University of Crete [5] _do_ have the current 
version.

Michael P (and a liitle bit myself) has/have added and updated the BALUG 
Offered/Wanted: Hardware, etc. at [6].
AFAICT, all listed Offered HW items are available as of this writing, so 
maybe one or more persons reading this can respond appropriately if 
interested :-)
