No problem, Jim. I'm glad it helps. It may not be a perfect solution -- but, it is an experiment to try to see how well it works for us.
Here is how everyone can connect:
Option 1. You can use this web link to join the meeting:
https://us02web.zoom.us/j/89437831015?pwd=dkJ3M1hRTjEvdkdPaDdwWjZROGNlZz09
That link has all of the meeting information embedded within in. It will either redirect you to the installed client or connect you to via the web browser, depending upon your configuration.
If you want more control of the meeting, you can download the client in advance and use this meeting ID and password to connect:
Meeting ID: 894 3783 1015
Password: 802964
NOTE: You can choose to install the Zoom App on your phone and use the above Meeting ID and Password to connect. I've had full four-hour Zoom meetings with people who are just using their phone for camera and voice. These works surprisingly well.
If connecting via computer, when you join, you will be prompted to either use the computer audio or that you will dial-in for the audio for your meeting.
Option 2. You can use a phone call to join the meeting.
You can use one of these phone numbers:
+1 669 900 6833 US (San Jose)
+1 346 248 7799 US (Houston)
+1 253 215 8782 US (Tacoma)
+1 929 205 6099 US (New York)
+1 301 715 8592 US (Germantown)
+1 312 626 6799 US (Chicago)
Or, you can look up a phone number close to you with this web link:
https://us02web.zoom.us/u/keD4TKgSXK
Once you dial into the call, you will be asked for a Meeting ID and a password. Use this information:
Meeting ID: 894 3783 1015
Password: 802964
Option 3. You can do both.
Even though Option 1 will also prompt you if you want to dial-in. I've seen plenty of people just connecting twice (on both options above). They will show up in the meeting twice, but that's fine and it works.
This may be a good example for those who don't have a camera and microphone. You can still see the screen/meeting (by using the web link) and you can still communicate (via phone) with everyone.
Your phone call will show up like another person in the meeting.
Summary:
Here is the another copy of the Zoom invitation. It should be the original (but duplicate) to everything that I pasted above. Please look for errors as I do make them:
