Restaurants will be open _only_ for takeout & delivery purposes from
midnight tonight until April 7th (as per the order just handed down in
the six Bay Area counties).  If Cafe Enchante remains open at all, the
public will not be dining _in_, just approaching the counter for takeout
and then leaving.

A couple of places down here on the Peninsula (such as the Dutch Goose) 
got ahead of the game by announcing that they were switching to curbside
pickup.  I suspect that's going to be really popular.
