[sf-lug] Adding memory to a computer

Three beeps (repeatedly) means:
    Chipset Error (North and South bridge error
    Time-Of-Day Clock test failure
    Gate A20 failure
    Super I/O chip failure
    Keyboard controller failure

Four would be memory problems.

Did you set the Time of Day clock?
