Well, specific diagnostics are generally useful when there's an issue.
So far from the evidence we appear to have some user attempts to send
some specific email to list,
destination SMTP server apparently isn't contacted.
All else would seem to be functioning fine and normally.
That's not a whole lot 'o detail to go on with respect to the issue.
Is the target domain and email for the list in fact correct?
What exactly happens when the send attempt is done?
Is there any failure/error diagnostic?
What evidence/information is there that shows any send was attempted?
Does sender have item as a "sent" email item, or a Bcc or Cc receipt of
such?
