Yep, ... for groups/organizations/clubs/[L]UGs and the like, often boils
down to those that:
o pay for what needs be paid for
o do the "work" that needs be done
o additionally and/or otherwise usefully contribute

There's a whole lot 'o granularity 'n stuff within that, but them's 'da
basics.
