Who *was* sflug.org

~2008--~2011:
S.F.L.U.G: The Southern Fleurieu Linux Users Group
https://web.archive.org/web/20081121025609id_/http://sflug.org/
https://web.archive.org/web/20110904172932id_/http://sflug.org/

~2018:
STUDENTS FOR LIBERTY UGANDA
https://web.archive.org/web/20180809212654id_/http://sflug.org/

Other SFLUG found on 'da Interwebs:

SFlug:
https://www.twitter.com/sflug (account suspended)

South Florida Linux Users Group (SFLUG)
http://www.meetup.com/South-Florida-Linux-Users-Group-FLUX/

https://www.meetup.com/SFLUG-San-Francisco-Linux-Users-Group/ redirects to:
https://www.meetup.com/SFBayLUG/ was formerly Silicon Valley Linux User Group.
... San Francisco ... SVLUG requested ... re-name ... still committed
to holding Meetups in the South Bay as well

(if one is curious ... baylug.org - Bay Area LEGO® Users' Group,
not to be confused with balug.org)

And, by comparison - "SF-LUG" - 7* of the top 10 "hits" are references
to the existing SF-LUG(.org), the other 3* are non-Linux references.

*unless you want to also count cr*p data that references the
www.sf-lug.org company and it's 16 employees, then it's 8 out of 10.

Next 10 "hits" on "SF-LUG" - 4 of 10 are references to SF-LUG(.org),
the others aren't Linux references.

Anyway, stuff to (also) consider regarding domain(s) one wants to use,
what one wants for the canonical, etc.
