[sf-lug] no more sudo for Ubuntu 18.04

     Hi LUGers,

         I ran into this item on a Usenet group supporting Ubuntu.

         This may be causing serious confusion for long term Ubuntu users.
     The article at the above URL discusses using another command to
deal with the problem.

         As for me I don't have any problem with what Ubuntu decides to do.
I still have user and root accounts on my systems.  Well on Deepin the
user password is used for authorization of root's privileged actions.
