at the Cafe Enchante, 26th and Geary Boulevard.

[OLPC OS]  James Cameron has announced the release of OLPC OS 13.2.10, an
updated build of the project's specialist distribution developed under
the initiative
of the One Laptop Per Child (OLPC) project to provide children in
developing
countries with low-cost laptops. This version, still based on Fedora 18,

      How about a $99.00 small, high-definition laptop.
With KDE Plasma 5 as the Desktop Environment, plus several
other images adapted to the hardware.

Additions to the distribution library.

*archlabs-2018.12.17.iso  another way to install a version
of Arch.

*beaver64-8.7.1.iso  - last of the Quirky puppies.

*Fatdog64-800b.iso    Just a beta but looks like a good one.
Written to a CD.   Booted nicely and a great deal of
Desktop Environment adaptability.  Some parts may
not be finished but it basically works.

*linuxmint-19.1-xfce-64bit.iso  Written to a  Flash Drive.

*MX-18_386.iso  wrote to a USB Flash Drive and booted it up
a very different sort of Desktop Environment.
*MX-18_x64.iso
MX because while it uses Debian it also does not use systemd.

*Qubes-R4.0.1-rc2-x86_64.iso   Just an update.

I may have other updated releases at the Meeting.

Hope you are there to see them on Sunday
January 6, 2019

     Happy New Year.
