     Well that is good to hear, Eilse.  I enjoy anime but I could
watch it at home, at least theoretically, but helping someone
with getting Linux on a cheap laptop is a lot more interesting.
Parking is a bit problematic especially on Sundays but people
with cars can usually find some, within a couple of blocks

     Can you tell me at <bliss at dslextreme.com> which processor
your cheap laptop uses?  Mainly as to whether it uses a 32 or 64
bit bus?
     Does your cheap laptop have an OS already installed?
     Do you have previous experience with Linux?
