The year is 1997, and Jim launches the last of the Internet's deep web
probes. In a freak mishap, www3 and its server,
balug-sf-lug-v2.balug.org, are blown out of their own century into a VM
which freezes its tech-support systems, and returns balug-sf-lug-v2
online, 20 years later...
