you could try installing WICD (merely to still connect),
then remove NetworkManager
*COMPLETELY,*
re-install current version of NetworkManager,
then remove WICD *COMPLETELY *if you want or keep it as a backup by:
[code:]
#systemctl wicd disable
confirm wicd is disabled with:
[code:]
#wicd
and confirm NetworkManager is running with:
[code:]
#systemctl NetworkManager enable
i'm confident others have input about your issue, just something to try...
