I previously wrote:

** (c) is in error... you'd actually download the Ubuntu 14.04 
LTS ISO for your particular architecture from the appropriate 
Download Ubuntu Desktop site[4c], rather than that XYZ.deb file 
from the VB 5.0.14 downloads site.
