What I said above is a bit inaccurate. Here is the blog post:

However, for those in buildings that "receive a private IPv4 address
space" at least, Webpass has been confirmed as not doing proper IPv6
prefix delegation in particular. I apologize for my FUD-esque previous
message devoid of actual fact. (It's late.)
