Hi Michael,

thanks for the detailed info. Someone told me that they think that my
trash is full of 41M:

$ sudo du -h /boot
[sudo] password for christian:
5.0K    /boot/grub/locale
1.5M    /boot/grub
12K    /boot/lost+found
6.0K    /boot/.Trash-0/info
41M    /boot/.Trash-0/files
41M    /boot/.Trash-0
77M    /boot

but I can't find /boot/.Trash-0 .  I looked for hidden files, but couldn't
find it. Any suggestions?

Thanks!
