[sf-lug] Verizon FCC net neutrality case

     I've read and don't really understand. Assuming
big businesses can get privileges for higher speed
at the expense of individuals and small organizations,
what might the real affect be?
     And given this state, if it sticks, what implications
are there for future restrictions?
     I hope for opinions and links to other information.
