[sf-lug] notebook wont boot

LAX > LAX Hilton for #scale11x. My notebook wont boot th newly installed
Lubuntu 12.04. Grub not even booting. I do get a bios. IBM Thinkpad R50e.
 I installed Lubuntu 12.04 just fine a few days ago.  Battery / power not
an issue.  Any ideas?  Thx.
