[sf-lug] Installing flash player update on ubuntu 10.4 lts

Debian has made this really easy now if you have flashplugin-nonfree
installed:

$ sudo /sbin/update-flashplugin-nonfree --install

I imagine Ubuntu will do this soon if they haven't already.
