Forgot to say at the first Amiga boot, to run preferences and set the
screenmode to a reasonable set of colors and resolution -- the default is
pretty low.  There is a screenmode starter in the bottom launch bar too.  I
find 1024x768 perfect, with the 1280 x 800 a bit too fine (the pointer is
too small).
