[sf-lug] any Black and white printers install Jaunty out of box?

I have used three lasers very successfully with Ubuntu - although I believe
it did require installing a package or two using apt-get (or Synaptic if you
prefer the GUI).

They were -

Samsung CLP-300 (current printer)
Konica Minolta Magicolor 2400W (previous one)
Samsung ML-1710

All with CUPS, shared out so that my Macs can print as well.
