   this fits my tho'ts: make the FOSS platform 
community stronger and stronger, it's the 
communities that are the strongest force in 
the process of adoption. fewer percentage of 
linux disks used is still likely promotion of 
linux and FOSS. greater percentage of windows-
based FOSS programs used seems possibly not 
effective in promoting FOSS, as many may see 
their new software as new free stuff on the 
order of free detergent or cigarettes: no 
extra thinking.
