[sf-lug] Anyone want to help a shut-in elderly man using Linux?

hi,

I know a guy who is about 69 years old, uses Ubuntu Linux to browse the web,
and wants to use it to record his elderly roommate's piano playing.  He
needs some handholding occasionally.  I am just really busy right now.
Anyone want to help this guy use Linux?

The problem is that he is unable to travel and has trouble following
instructions over the phone.  He lives in SF very close to the 30 Stockton
line not far from Van Ness Avenue.
