Note that we'll want to have a _really_ big party for the rollover of
32-bit time_t, starting at exactly 7:14 PM (plus 7 seconds) Pacific
Standard Time on Monday, January 18, 2038 -- because 64-bit time-t's
epoch / rollover won't be for another 290 thousand million years.
