Its called Cafe Neon. never been just see it on the bus everyday.
Might not work out that great because it seems like they have waiters... Not sure though it doesnt seem to look like that from the outside.
Its big, not to crowded, parking - yes, neighborhoody - yes, beer - yes, decent food - probably, muni - yes, food pricey - yes, Free Wifi - Yes.
