Good list of considerations, Michael. And BTW I was at Brain Wash the other
day. It works for short meetings of 3 or 4 people but has many drawbacks. It
is a thriving drop-in meeting and eating place for the neighborhood and has
fairly rapid turnover and a large client base. There are exactly 18 seats on
one side of the cafe, and maybe 10 on the other. I doubt we'd be able to
meet there as a group for even one session without being displaced.
