Do you have an internal web server, or a server that you could use as an
internal web server? Really depends on what your needs are... and how
you define "easy". Google gives you a few starting points:
http://www.apachefriends.org/en/xampp.html
http://www.howtoforge.com/perfect-server-ubuntu8.04-lts
Or just install apache on a machine, and then throw the file in the
appropriate directory.
