Again, thanks for your input, Rick.

According to Mark Sobell in his book about Ubuntu Linux,
You must be a member of the lpadmin group to use system-config-printer
and you must be a member of the shadow group to use CUPS's web based
interface. (or is it CUPS' without the s?? :-) ..just kidding!
The lpadmin group makes sense but I don't get the shadow group.

I've added all relevant people to both just to cover all bases.
