Yeah, I am willing to run some tests, but my problem is that I am not being
paid for this work, and spending time here is cutting into my paid work
time, which means that I have to spend later hours at my paid work to get my
work done.  So I am willing to run whatever tests this list would
recommend.  For example, are you still suggesting that I run these tests:

Look for dhcp log (/var/lib/dhcpd.leases I think) on the server and see if
it is handing out leases.
Use something like iptraf on the server to see what happens when thin client
pxeboots.
Check tftp
