[sf-lug] FBI worried Counterfeit Cisco gear may have backdoor for Chinese government

For those that remember the recent news about the counterfeit Chinese Cisco
products that were confiscated, here's another twist to the story that has
the FBI involved.  I took it a little further to ask some pertinent
questions, the last being about buying Chinese electronics in general.
